I don’t believe every project should follow the same design process. The approach depends on the problem, the maturity of the product, the users involved and what the team needs to learn.

I map relationships, dependencies, permissions and workflows before focusing on individual screens, helping turn fragmented enterprise experiences into systems that are easier to understand and scale.

I enjoy operating between strategy and execution. I work closely with Product, Engineering, clients and senior stakeholders to shape direction, clarify complex problems and move work through delivery. I also mentor designers, facilitate critique and help teams improve design quality, consistency and accessibility.

Beyond the process diagrams.
I’m originally from Italy and now based in London. I started in visual and graphic design before moving into UX and product design, and that background still shapes how much I care about clarity, hierarchy and visual quality.
I enjoy working with curious, collaborative people who are comfortable challenging assumptions — especially when the problem is messy and the answer isn’t obvious yet.
